What is LMX LIVE?

LMX stands for London Media eXchange. “Live” for transporting live broadcast contribution video.

Once you are OnNet with us you can eXchange content live or file based. We connect your building(s) via a BMC dedicated fibre to our nearest network node.

Using our online customer portal, you can book to eXchange material with other studios, post production and broadcast partners. To reach those not directly OnNet, use our ad-hoc connectivity to other providers including; BT Tower Facility Lines and our on Net global partners.

Our Resilient option provides a second, diversely routed connection giving you the full benefit of our multiple PoP network for the highest availability.

How does it work?

Once you are OnNet with us you can eXchange content live or file based. We connect your building(s) via a BMC dedicated fibre to our nearest network node.

Live - Send your live content over our network to your chosen destination i.e another location of yours on our network or via BT Tower or via our global partners via our self serve web booking system (click here for a booking demo)

File based - Accelerated files transfers. Exchange media assets via our point to point or multipoint high bandwidth data network and via the internet.

Media grade internet - BMC are an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Use the same LMX connection to access our high bandwidth dedicated symmetrical Internet. Your chosen Internet bandwidth is guaranteed, and upload and download are at the same speed
